30-Day Refund Period: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund for your purchase.

Refund Eligibility:
1. Unopened Items: We accept full refunds for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

2. Opened Items: If you have opened the item but it is still in like-new condition, we will issue a refund with a 20% restocking fee.

3. Used or Damaged Items: We cannot issue a refund for items that have been used or damaged due to use.

Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items: If you receive an order with missing items, the wrong item, or items damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve these issues promptly.

Damaged in Transit: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged in transit, we will make a claim with our shipping provider. We will then send you a replacement item free of charge within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Returns: For returns, you will be responsible for the shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount. We will provide you with a shipping label to facilitate the return process.

Exchanges: We typically do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
