Beam Executive Desk

The Beam Executive Desk is the most complete expression of the Beam System as a workspace—expanding the core module into a fully realized desk with integrated storage on both sides.

Constructed from 1/4-inch aluminum Beam Modules, each component is precision cut and bent twice at 90 degrees, then assembled with stainless steel hardware and threaded rubber feet. The result is a desk that balances structural clarity with everyday utility, maintaining the same proportional logic that defines the wider Beam family.

The Executive Desk is defined by its dual storage configuration, creating a grounded, architectural form with dedicated space for organizing books, records, tools, and work materials while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted surface above.

Designed for daily use, the Beam Executive Desk offers multiple chair clearance options to accommodate different working styles:

• 30" clearance – standard, comfortable workspace
• 36" clearance – wider, more open configuration

It is also available in both 15" (slim) and 30" (full) depth options, allowing the desk to shift between a compact, space-efficient profile and a more traditional, full workstation.

The result is a desk that can adapt to a range of environments—from apartments and studios to dedicated office spaces—while maintaining a consistent material language and modular logic.

More than a standalone desk, the Beam Executive Desk is part of a larger system designed to scale, repeat, and evolve. Its structure allows it to exist as a singular object or integrate seamlessly into broader Beam compositions.

Finishes

The Beam System is offered in:

• Raw Brushed Aluminum – unfinished brushed aluminum with a direct material character. Because it is uncoated, it may be more prone to scratches, marks, and wear over time.
• Clear Anodized Aluminum – added surface protection while preserving the natural aluminum appearance.
• Black Anodized Aluminum – a darker architectural finish with increased durability.

Aluminum is a real industrial material, and natural variations, light marks, or minor imperfections can occur. We see these details as part of the honesty and character of the piece.
